Turbocharger JRspec GT2860RS BB

811,34

JRSPEC GT2860RS BB is a turbocharger made of the highest quality second generation ball bearings. Hybrid solution – ceramic balls embedded in a metal cascet are much «faster» than standard ball bearings and more durable than ceramic ball bearings embedded in a ceramic cascet. This combination has achieved two main goals – faster spool and higher reliability.

Assembled in the EU from perfectly fitted parts, made of the highest quality materials using precise machines. As many as 5 stages of balancing rotors reaching 250,000 rpm, guarantee trouble-free use even in extreme conditions, at very high recharges and temperatures. JRspec turbochargers are proven in motorsport, used, among others in drag through Tsunami (2x R30 engines, 2x JRspec GT42R JB turbo engines, giving about 2300km of power), in drift by Paweł Trela (2JZ engine, JRspec GTX3582R + BB turbo, about 900km of power), Kornel Pruss (LS7 engine, turbo JRspec GT45R JB , over 1000km of power) and many strong street cars.

Applied Hybrid Ceramic ball bearings clearly improve the turbine spool, thanks to which the engine reacts much faster to the gas pedal, achieving high torque at much lower speed than in the case of turbines based on slide bearings, and even a classic ball bearing – extremely useful in drift and street where engine flexibility is of great importance.

Capacity: up to 380HP Application: 1.4-3.0l
Bearings: Hybrid Ceramic dual ball bearings (depending on the batch made in Japan / Germany)
Restrictor: choose the right diameter for the oil pressure (0.9mm recommended at 5B)
Suction impeller: inducer 54mm, exducer 60mm
Exhaust rotor: 54mm
Exhaust shell: AR .64, flange T25
