Throughout our development process we’ve ensured that the MMX sport dampers are suitable for use with either our popular MMX lowering springs or the standard factory springs.
The setup we have chosen gives a taught, sporty feel during high speed cornering on smooth surfaces yet always retains factory comfort on uneven surfaces. It’s our sophisticated dual tube design and low pressure Nitrogen gas system that ensures the sophisticated ride and handling dynamics of the MMX sport dampers. They make a particularly effective upgrade for older or higher mileage cars where the original factory dampers have worn, losing their original damping characteristics.
Intelligent Tri-Valve technology sets our Sports Dampers apart from standard OEM dampers. Each damper features three hydraulic valves inside: bump, rebound and a main valve, controlled by low and high speed shaft frequencies (smooth and rough road conditions).
All of which guarantees greater stability, control, and a beautiful taught ride quality – and therefore driving pleasure. And isn’t that what it’s all about?

Additional Information
The addition of nitrogen gas into the system eliminates oil foaming when the oil is hot, which is the main cause of shock fade in hard driving. Our design limits the heat build-up internally, ensuring the oil performs better for longer.
