ZRP +1.50 mm Exhaust Inconel Valves are engineered for the Fiat 1.4L Abarth / T-Jet engine platform, including Grande Punto applications. Designed for high-performance turbocharged builds, these oversized (+1.50 mm) exhaust valves provide increased flow potential, improved exhaust efficiency, and exceptional durability under extreme operating conditions.
Manufactured from premium nickel-based superalloys (Inconel 751 / 600 series), ZRP exhaust valves maintain structural integrity at exhaust gas temperatures exceeding 800°C. They are specifically developed for extreme-duty environments where conventional stainless-steel valves cannot withstand the thermal and mechanical loads generated by modified or high-boost turbo engines.
Each valve is precision CNC-machined, swirl-polished, and heat-treated to ensure outstanding dimensional accuracy, optimized surface finish, and resistance to thermal fatigue. Strict tolerances for stem straightness, concentricity, and sealing surfaces guarantee reliable combustion sealing and stable operation at sustained high RPM and boost levels.
