ZRP Standard Exhaust Inconel Valves are engineered for Audi and Volkswagen 1.4L TFSI (EA211) engines operating under extreme exhaust temperatures and elevated cylinder pressures. Manufactured from premium nickel-based superalloys (Inconel 751 / 600 series), these valves provide exceptional strength, thermal stability, and long-term reliability where conventional stainless-steel valves are no longer sufficient.
Designed for extreme-duty applications, ZRP Inconel exhaust valves maintain their structural integrity at exhaust gas temperatures exceeding 800°C. This makes them an ideal solution for turbocharged and supercharged engines, as well as endurance racing and high-output street performance builds.
Each valve is precision CNC-machined, swirl-polished, and heat-treated to ensure excellent dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and durability. Tight tolerances for stem straightness, concentricity, and sealing surfaces guarantee reliable combustion sealing and stable valve operation at high RPM.
